How the HRDC Levy Works
Employers registered with HRD Corp contribute a monthly levy of 1% of their employees' wages. Submit Grant Application via HRDC e-Trak
Your HR team logs into the HRDC e-Trak system and submits the training grant application using our quotation and supporting documents. Applications under the SBL-Khas scheme typically receive approval within 5 to 10 working days.
Attend the Hands-On AI Training

SBL-KHAS vs SBL
Under the standard SBL (Skim Bantuan Latihan) scheme, your company pays the training provider first and claims reimbursement from your levy afterwards. Under SBL-KHAS, HRD Corp pays the registered provider directly once your grant is approved, so there is little or no upfront cash outlay for your business. For most corporate AI training, SBL-KHAS is the smoother route — and it is the scheme all AITraining2U courses are registered under.
Apply before the training — always
The single most important rule: the grant application must be submitted and approved before the course start date. HRD Corp does not approve claims for training that has already happened. Submit through the e-TRiS / e-Trak system at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead to leave room for the usual 5–10 working-day approval.
