1. Introduction

Welcome to AITraining2U PLT ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at aitraining2u.com and your enrollment in any of our training programs, masterclasses, or consulting services.

2. Course Bookings and Registration

  • All registrations are subject to availability and formal confirmation by AITraining2U PLT.
  • For HRD Corp claimable courses, employers are responsible for ensuring grant approvals are obtained prior to the commencement of the training.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment or HRD Corp grant approval is not secured prior to the event.

3. Payments and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the training date may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the training date are strictly non-refundable.
  • Substitutions: Participant substitutions are allowed at no extra charge if notified in writing at least 48 hours before the course begins.
  • Rescheduling by Us: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, code snippets, documentation, and content provided during our courses are the exclusive intellectual property of AITraining2U PLT or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal or internal business purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, or reselling our training materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our courses are designed for educational purposes. AITraining2U PLT makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, financial gains, or uninterrupted functionality of third-party AI tools (such as n8n, OpenAI, Claude, etc.) taught during the sessions. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the application of the knowledge gained in our programs.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
