What corporate AI training means here

Corporate AI training is a private class for one company. We come to your office, the exercises use your documents and your processes, and the whole team learns the same way of working at the same time. That last part matters more than most people expect: AI habits spread through teams, not through individuals who went on a course alone.

It differs from a public class in three ways. The curriculum is localised to your industry. The group is your own people, so they can work on real files without worrying about who else is in the room. And the cost is set per day for the group, so it falls per head as the class gets bigger.

Pick the platform your company has already standardised on. Training people on a tool they cannot use on Monday is wasted money.

How an in-house programme runs

1. Scoping call. We ask which tools you license, which teams are attending and which three or four tasks eat the most time.
2. Proposal and HRDC paperwork. You get a course outline and quote, and we prepare the HRD Corp grant documents with your HR team.
3. Localised labs. We rebuild the exercises and case studies around your industry and your real workflows.
4. Delivery. In person at your office by default. Live online only by exception, for teams split across several sites.
5. Certificates. Each participant receives a Certificate of Completion with a serial number anyone can check on our certificate verification page.

Group size, cost and HRDC funding

We recommend 25–35 participants per in-house class: enough to move a whole department at once while keeping the labs hands-on. In-house training is priced per day for the group, which is why it is usually cheaper per head than sending people to public classes.

For one or two people a public seat is cheaper: RM3,200 per person self-funded or RM3,500 through the HRDC route, plus 8% SST. AITraining2U is an HRD Corp registered training provider. Our courses are claimable under the SBL-KHAS scheme: your HR team applies for the grant before the class, and HRD Corp pays us directly.
