Live. You join the instructor online on the scheduled dates and can ask questions as you go. Every session is recorded, so you keep the recording afterwards and can rewatch it — but the session itself happens at a fixed time.
You still get the recording and the materials, and you can join the same session on a later run at no extra cost. Seats are limited, so tell us in advance if you can.
Indefinitely. The recording, the materials and your certificate are bought outright, not rented — including re-recorded sessions when a tool changes underneath it.
Not through this page. An HRDC claim needs an invoice raised against your employer's grant before training starts, so those go through our normal invoice route. Buying here is the fast path for individuals paying for themselves.
This page sells one seat, tied to one email. For team licensing, a private cohort or an on-site run, talk to us — it usually works out cheaper than buying seats one at a time.
Email hello@aitraining2u.com within 14 days and we refund you. Access is withdrawn when the refund clears. We would rather give the money back than have someone sit on a course they are not using.
Card, FPX or GrabPay, through Stripe's own checkout. Your card details never touch our site. An invoice is issued automatically, which is usually what finance wants.
No. Pay first — we create the account against the email you paid with. Then sign in with Google or a 6-digit code sent to that address. There is no password to invent.
Yes, on completing every lesson. It carries a serial anyone can check at aitraining2u.com/verify without going through us, which is the part that matters when an employer is verifying it.
