Pillars such as AI Strategy & Governance, AI Engineering (AWS), and AI Security & Data Governance are intentionally not in this pilot. We propose them in Phase 2 — sized to the measured impact of this pilot — so Sime Darby Properties only invests in what the evidence justifies.

Vibe Coding Half-Cohort

2-day workshop for up to 13 marketing, product, and sales staff (half cohort). Teams prototype real solutions for property buyer journeys, marketing funnels, and sales enablement tools.

Months 2-4 (Included Post-Training Support)

Measure Impact

3 months of post-training support included. Track hours saved, cycle-time reduction, prototypes shipped, and business outcomes against a defined baseline. End with a joint impact review session.

Scale Proposal

Based on measured impact, we jointly propose Phase 2 — which may include additional automation/vibe-coding cohorts, AI Strategy & Governance, AI Engineering, or AI Security & Data Governance. Scope and pricing sized to evidence.
