AI for Legal Training — FAQ
Is AI for Legal Training HRDC claimable, and how does the claim process work?
Yes. AITraining2U is HRD Corp registered and this programme is claimable under the SBL-KHAS scheme. After you request a proposal, we issue a quotation and course outline so your HR team can submit the grant application via the e-TRiS portal before the training date. Eligible Malaysian firms can claim up to 100% of the fee from their HRDC levy.
Is any real client or privileged data used or exposed during the training?
No. The workshop uses hypothetical and sample documents only — never real client files or privileged material. Participants build and practise on fictional contracts, KYC packs, and case files, and we explicitly teach what should never be entered into an AI tool so that confidentiality and privilege are never put at risk.
Does this replace lawyers or paralegals?
No. AI is taught strictly as an augmentation tool that accelerates drafting, review, and research — it does not replace legal judgment. Every workflow we build keeps a qualified professional in the loop to verify, edit, and sign off on outputs, which matters given professional liability and duty of care.
What software or technical prerequisites do participants need?
Just a laptop with a stable internet connection and an active Google account. No coding experience or prior AI knowledge is required — the course is built for legal professionals, not developers, and starts from first principles.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
There are no refunds once training has commenced. If you notify us at least 5 business days in advance, you may reschedule to a future date or transfer your seats to other participants at no extra cost.
